Why Milton, Georgia is great!
We love the Milton area because there is so much to do right here. Close proximity to 400 allows us easy access to all of Atlanta’s events. We can head to Suntrust Park to watch a Brave’s game or head over to the Mercedes Benz Stadium for a Falcons game. Traffic in Atlanta can become quite a headache, but for the most part we can stay in our neck of the woods and enjoy all the benefits or a major metropolitan area.
For example, we have a Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Cabernet, Atlantic Seafood Company and many fine dining choices. Access to great food options from the local farmer’s market to the Whole Foods at Avalon.
We have some of the best schools in the state. Milton, Cambridge and Alpharetta HS are in the top 20 for the state! (Per Schooldigger.com.)
A great number of technology companies are in the area as well. According to GrowAlpharetta.com there are now over 640 tech companies in the area.
But back to the food. If you are a foodie, there are a ton of places to eat. You don’t have to visit the same place twice in a month. Alpine Bakery is a great place and they also provide the deserts for many other restaurants in the Atlanta area. El Don Mexican, Chad Thai, Volcano Bistro, Sushi Nami, El Azteca, Tara Humata, Salt, South Main Kitchen, Smokejack, and many, many more. You don’t have to drive thru every Tuesday for your Chick-fil-a , there are so many more options. But Chick-fil-a is that good, so maybe keep that on the calendar!
Lastly, we enjoy riding motorcycles and living here gives us a nice ride to the North Georgia mountains. We have a local Harley Davidson dealer along with a few other motorcycle dealers including Mountain Motorsports just down the road.
